Have you ever used exogenous ketones? What benefits did you experience?
More and more research is being done on exogenous ketones, showing improvements in various different aspects of health and human performance. However, keep in mind that exogenous ketones and a well-formulated ketogenic diet are different. Exogenous ketones are a tool and should be used to supplement the lifestyle, rather than replace it.
