Keto Starbucks Drinks To Try

Fatty keto coffee is everywhere but, sometimes you just want to try something new. Carbs are hidden in almost every corner of the Starbucks menu, so how do you know what you can drink and what will kick you out of ketosis? Just follow these simple rules to build your own keto coffee, or try one of these 5 keto Starbucks drink orders below!

Base

When ordering a keto drink at Starbucks, start with a base that doesn’t require milk (whole milk has a lot of hidden sugar!). This includes americanos, brewed coffees, or espresso shots. You can also try out lattes, macchiatos, or flat whites but, make sure to have the milk replaces with heavy cream and/or steamed water.

Creamer

When choosing a creamer, avoid whole, low-fat, or soy milk. Instead, opt for heavy cream, almond milk, or coconut milk.

Sweetener

Most of the sweetener packets at coffee shops are filled with dextrose and/or maltodextrin. These ingredients can and will spike your blood sugar, so make sure to avoid them. Instead, opt for stevia/monk-fruit sweetener but, make sure they are the packets without added dextrose!

  1. Keto Pink Drink: Order an iced, sugar-free Passion Tango Herbal Tea with 2-4 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, a splash of heavy cream, and no classic syrup

  3. Keto Colada Drink: Order an unsweetened Pineapple Black Tea with 2-4 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, a splash of heavy cream and no classic syrup
  4. Keto Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino: Order an unsweetened ice coffee with extra ice, 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, 2 pumps sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup, a splash of heavy cream and no class syrup or Frappuccino base, blended and topped with cinnamon powder topping
  5. Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte: Order an iced coffee with no classic syrup. Add in 3 pumps of sugar-free vanilla sauce, 1 pump pumpkin syrup, a splash of heavy cream, and top with extra pumpkin spice powder topping.
