Checking your ketone levels is the best way to confirm that you’re in ketosis, but what do your results mean? If you’re getting a reading of 0.7 mmol/L, you’re in light nutritional ketosis. To really maximize fat-burning, you need a reading of 1.5 – 3 mmol/L. Readings in this range mean you’re in optimal ketosis – and ready to burn some fat!
