Bio

Catalina is in international artist, business strategist, and coach. She became certified in 2009 and graduated with a masters in Asian Studies where she focused on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Macrobiotics, and Ayurveda. She is the mastermind behind Spirit Animal and The Catalina Method. Catalina was born in Colombia and resides in Florida since 2000.
