 ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips + ¼ more to garnish
  cup unsweetened coconut milk
 ½ cup chocolate or vanilla whey protein
 1 egg
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  cup granulated Stevia
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 pinch of salt
 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 370 degrees F and grease a brownie pan.

In a medium microwave safe bowl, heat almond milk for one minute, add ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips to hot coconut milk, and stir until chocolate chips are melted.

Add whey protein, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and granulated Stevia to melted chocolate, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips, and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
