In a medium microwave safe bowl, heat almond milk for one minute, add ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips to hot coconut milk, and stir until chocolate chips are melted.
Add whey protein, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and granulated Stevia to melted chocolate, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
