Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the halved avocados on the sheet pan and season with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Par-bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the par-baked avocados from the oven and crack an egg into each half. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes for solid whites and medium-cooked yolks, or longer if you prefer yolks that are set.
