Keto snack (and appetizer) recipes can be hard to come by sometimes. These herby, cream cheesy bites have enough fat to keep you satisfied between meals and they come together in no time (keep in mind that while they don't require cooking, they do need to be refrigerated at least an hour before eating).

Using a stand mixer or a large spoon, mix the cream cheese and goat cheese together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the bacon and the walnuts, and mix until well combined.
Combine parsley and chives in a separate shallow dish.
Form the cheese mixture into balls approximately one tablespoon in size and roll each ball in
the herb mixture.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for one hour. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
