Candied nuts are a sweet and salty treat that is perfect for spring! The only problem is that the "candy" in candied nuts comes from sugar. These candied walnuts, however, and completely keto and only have 2g of net carbs per serving. Get your fill of sweet and salty with these allulose-sweetened and cinnamon topped walnuts!

 2 tbsp butter
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp allulose
 1 dash salt
 1 tsp vanilla Extract

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in the vanilla extract, sweetener, and cinnamon.

Once the mixture is melted and well combined, stir in the walnuts.

Stir the walnuts to ensure they are fully coated by the candy coating.

Pour the walnuts onto a baking sheet and spread evenly.

Sprinkle a dash of salt on top and allow your keto candied walnuts to cool.

    These are amazing! The sauce could handle another 1/2 cup. Once they were done I put them in the oven at 350˚ and toasted them for 10 minutes. The whole house smelled like I was baking cinnamon buns. Thank you for this amazing recipe!
