Spice up your keto coleslaw (literally) with some chipotle powder, and balance the smoky chili heat with lime juice and just a touch of keto sweetener. Using a mandoline or food processor to shred the vegetables will make this dish come together even more quickly.

 3 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tsp keto sweetener
 ¾ tsp chipotle powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp sea salt
 3 cups green cabbage(thinly sliced)
 1 cup grated carrot
  cup red onion(diced)

Directions

Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, sweetener, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt in a large bowl. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Add the green cabbage, grated carrot, and diced red onion to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture and mix until well coated. Enjoy!
