 8 salami slicesnote: truffle salami slices used for this recipe
  cup sliced leek
 ½ cup heavy cream
 ½ cup creme fraiche
 ½ cup cream cheese
 ¾ cup grated cheese
 1 pinch cayenne pepper
 1 pinch salt and pepper

Divide the cauliflower into smaller pieces and boil for a few minutes.

Place the cauliflower in an oven pan and place the salami between the cauliflower pieces.

Fry the leek and Brussels sprouts in a pan with olive oil and garlic, cayenne, salt, and pepper until it becomes golden brown.

Add in the cream, cream cheese, and creme fraiche to the pan and allow to simmer.

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower and top with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese gets crispy and golden
