Preheat the oven at 375°F and greased the donuts pan
In a bowl, whisk the almond flour, cocoa powder, stevia, baking powder, and salt.
In a different bowl, whisk the eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract for about 2 minutes.
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into to the wet mixture until you have a homogenous batter.
Pour batter evenly in the pan with a spoon, leaving about 1/2 inch room on top.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
Allow to completely cool before removing from tins.
Note: Try topping with your favorite sugar-free chocolate, syrups, or whipped cream.

These are very easy and quick to make. I didn’t make the glaze or any toppings, but they are pretty good by themselves!
I made these on the weekend, but they didn’t quite turn out right. I’ll try again though! I think they will be great next time!
I wanted to point out some things that confused me in case I’m not alone…In the ingredient list it says 1 cup twice for almond flour – do you mean to use 2 cups or is this a typo? Coconut milk is also listed as an ingredient, but in the recipe instructions, it says almond milk – are they interchangeable? If so, could the ingredient list be updated to reflect this?
I’m grateful for the recipe, just wanted to give some feedback 🙂
Deanna,
Thank you so much for trying out our recipe and even more for your feedback, it is always appreciated it. As per the flour, it is one cup, the system was showing it twice. The coconut milk and almond milk are interchangeable as long as they are unsweetened, but for clarity, both the steps and the list have the same one.
Let us know how the second try goes!
