Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large pan, brown ground beef.
Drain the meat and return it to the pan.
Add the seasonings for the meat and stir until combined.
In a microwavable safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and microwave again.
Mix in the almond flour, egg, and seasoning, stirring until well combined.
Roll the dough out between 2 pieces of parchment paper, to about ¼ cm thick.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut 10 circles out of the dough and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Note: You may need to roll the dough scraps to get more circles.
Place a spoonful of meat on top of each circle.
Fold the dough over and enclose the meat by pinching the edges and forming the dough into a half circle. With a fork crimp the edges to ensure the meat is not going to leak out.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Your 1/4 inch thick directions for the dough…is slightly off. There is no way you can make 10 at 1/4 inch thick. Maybe you can make 3. The recipe is not accurate!!
