Ingredients
Fat head dough
 ¾ cup Mozzarella shredded
 ¾ cup Almond flour
 2 tbsp Cream cheese
 1 Large egg
 ½ tsp Salt
Filling
 ½ lb Ground beef
 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Cumin
 ¼ tsp Chili powder
 Pepper to taste
 1 tbsp Onions minced
 1 tbsp Garlic minced

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large pan, cook the ground beef until it is fully cooked. Drain the meat and return it to the pan. Add the seasonings for the meat and stir until combined. Set the meat aside.

To make the dough, mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl. Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds. Remove and add the egg and seasonings. Mix until combined.

Roll the dough out between 2 pieces of parchment paper(about ¼ in thick). Using a large circle cutter, cut 10 circles out of the dough and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (you may need to roll the dough scraps to get more circles). Place a spoonful of meat on top of each circle. Fold the dough over and enclose the meat by pinching the edges and forming the dough into a half circle. With a fork crimp the edges to ensure the meat is not going to leak out.

Place in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the dough begins to brown.

Remove and serve with optional toppings (sour cream or salsa)
