Ingredients
  cup Almond Flour
 1 oz Cream Cheese
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp Stevia Blend
 3 large eggs
 1 tbsp grated lime zest
 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the griddle or skillet to medium heat, spray with oil.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until mixed

Pour ¼ cup Batter onto the griddle or skillet and cook pancakes 1-2 minutes on each side. Flip and repeat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve stacked with sugar-free syrup or your favorite toppings
