What's better than delicious, no-churn, sugar-free, keto strawberry ice cream? A delicious, no-churn, sugar-free, keto strawberry sundae! Start out by making the keto strawberry no-churn ice cream and then topping with all of your favorite, sugar-free ice cream toppings!

To make the keto strawberry sundae, you'll need to make the no-churn strawberry ice cream. Start by placing chopping the 12 oz of strawberries and placing them in a blender with the sweetener, vanilla extract, and strawberry flavor drops (if using). Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and mix the greek yogurt (or sour cream) into the mixture.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until you achieve a whipped cream texture.
Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the other batter.
Note: if you are adding the vodka, do so during this step.
Place in an airtight container and freeze overnight or until firm.
Before serving, allow to sit out for 5-10 minutes to soften.
