Keto maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary come together in this recipe to form an easy, flavorful sauce for roasted chicken. Add oil-tossed broccolini about 30 minutes into cooking and you'll have a mostly hands-off dinner of whole, healthy, low-carb foods that is anything but bland.

Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken with 3/4 of the salt.
In a small bowl, mix together half of the oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary. Brush the oil mixture all over the chicken and transfer to the oven. Cook for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the broccolini with the remaining oil and salt. Scatter the broccolini around the chicken and place it back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccolini is tender. Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!
