 1 cup table cream
  cup chives, minced
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 365°F.

Heat an oiled skillet over medium heat.

Add in riced cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and stir.

Add in 1 ½ cups of cheese and stir for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Broil until top is golden brown.
