 1 cup almond meal
 ¼ cup Stevia blend (Stevia and erythritol)
  cup almond butter
  cup sugar-free syrup
 ¼ cup vanilla protein
 ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
 ¼ tsp salt

In a medium bowl, whisk the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, stir liquid ingredients until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Add chocolate chips and fold in with a rubber spatula.

Wet your hands with water or oil spray and form the balls.

Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.

    2. I think that might mean to read 5.6g fats? Because the nutritional info is well out of whack!

      You can use these interchangeably. Look for Stevia and erythritol mixed! Thanks for your question.
