In less than 15 minutes you could be enjoying a crustless keto pizza! This recipe is super simple and requires only 3 ingredients- cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning! Try dipping each slide into sugar-free marinara sauce for a flavor that is closer to the real thing. The best part is that one slice is less than 50 calories and is packed with protein!

 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
 16 whole pepperonis
 ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
 optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free marinara sauce for dipping

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread out the shredded cheese so that it forms an even rectangle on top of the parchment paper.

Add the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top.

Place in the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Keep a close eye on your crustless keto pizza. Depending on how thickly the cheese was shredded, it might cook slightly faster or slower. The cheese will still be soft when you remove it from the oven.

All the cheese to cool and harden once out of the oven.

Cut your crustless keto pizza into 16 slices (4x4) and serve with a side of marinara for dipping!
