This keto breakfast casserole is the perfect solution to morning meal prep or family breakfasts! It's simple to make and is easily customizable. Add in your favorite veggies (like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, or even tomatoes) for even different meats (like ham or grilled chicken) to customize it to your (and your family's) preference!

Directions
 16 oz ground Italian sausage (uncured)
 12 eggs
 2 cups spinach
 4 bacon strips
 ¼ cup heavy cream
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 optional: 2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp garlic salt
 ½ tbsp parsley, chopped or minced
 ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a casserole dish.

Cook and chop the bacon.

Brown the ground sausage and strain excess oil.

Scramble the eggs, heavy cream, and seasonings together in a bowl.

Stir in the spinach and 2 cups of shredded cheese (wait to add the additional 2 tbsp).

Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.

Sprinkle the ground sausage and chopped bacon into the mixture and stir until well combined.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are firm and set.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the additional shredded cheese on top.;

Broil for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese on top starts to lightly brown.

Allow to cool before serving your keto breakfast casserole!
