In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and onion with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Spray with oil.
Transfer the veggies and sausage to the air fryer in an even layer (working in batches if needed).
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and the veggies are browned. Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!

Excellent, I do something very similar to this but add bell peppers and use olive oil. The wife isn’t fond of garlic in any form ( challenging ) so I use ranch seasoning in place of the Itallion seasoning with a sprinkling of parmasion cheese prior to plating.
