Ingredients
 2 oz Cream cheese
 ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 1 egg beaten
 ¼ tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Old bay seasoning powder
 2 cups Almond flour
 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F.

Mix mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl. Add cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir the mixture and microwave on high for another 30 seconds.

Add the egg, seasonings and baking powder . Mix until combined, kneading with your hands. Roll the dough into a ball and cut it into 6 smaller balls.

Roll each section into a ball, place parchment paper on a baking sheet, and place balls onto the sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden, and set up.
