 1 pack of chicken sausage flavor of your choice
 1 red pepper (diced)
 12 oz broccoli florets
 1 cup brussels sprouts
 ½ onion (chopped)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cook spray.

All of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well.
