Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Add shredded cheese and cream cheese to microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals and stir in between until evenly mixed.

Slowly add in almond flour and mix, usually half at a time.

Add the egg to the dough mixture. Then add in the seasoning and salt mixture.

Grease up a cookie sheet and roll out the dough mixture to your desired thickness.

Note: roll into a brownie pan for a deeper crust, or into any other shaped pan you would like.

Bake dough in the oven for 15 minutes, until just golden brown.

Add a sauce of your choice, like Alfredo or marinara. Be careful to watch for the carb and sugar content of the sauce you select.

Add the mozzarella on top, and top with mushrooms, meats, or other toppings of your choice.

Optional: take 2 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of garlic salt, melt and combine in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and brush onto the crust.

Place pizza back into the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the toppings cook down to desired levels.

Remove pizza from the oven and brush on any remaining garlic butter, if desired.

Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy!

Optional: Top with parmesan cheese and/or red pepper.
