This delicious keto flatbread recipe is the perfect alternative to carb-heavy breads. Add your favorite toppings and create a keto flatbread pizza!

Ingredients
 1 tbsp cream cheese
 1 egg
 2 tbsp almond flour
 ¼ cup spinach, cooked and choppedCan swap for fresh basil
 ¼ tsp garlic salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grease the parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese.

Microwave this cheese mixture in 30-second intervals until melted and well combined.

Stir in the seasonings, spinach, egg, and almond flour.
Note: if using fresh basil, chop well before adding.

Once well combined, place the dough onto the baking sheet.

Flatten the dough well.
Optional: Top with any additional seasonings or crystal sea salt.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown.

Flip the flatbread and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve your keto flatbread with a side of spinach cream cheese tip or try topping to make a delicious keto flatbread pizza.
