Ingredients
  cup Almond flour
 1 oz Cream cheese
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 tbsp Stevia blend
 1 Large egg
 2 Egg whites
 1 tbsp Lemon zest
 1 tbsp Almond milk unsweetened
Instructions

Preheat larger griddle or skillet with oil or spray to medium heat.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until mixed.

Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle or skillet and cook pancakes 1-2 minutes on each side. Flip and repeat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve stacked with sugar-free Syrup and your favorite Toppings.
