Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Blend together the egg, garlic and onion.
In a bowl, mix together the ground meats, grated cheese, and egg mixture.
Roll dough into balls.
Fry meatballs in skillet until fully cooked (4-5 minutes).
Note: If serving with spaghetti sauce, pour sauce directly in pan and warm over low heat. Serve over shirataki noodles or other low-carb pasta.
