Ingredients
 1 lb Ground beef
 1 lb Ground pork
 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
 1 Small onion
 ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
 1 large egg
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 cups Spaghetti sauce (optional)
Instructions

Blend egg, garlic and onion in the blender

Pour over meats and integrate together, add cheese, salt and pepper and form into balls.

Fry them in as skillet, once these are almost cooked through pour the spaghetti sauce if using, let them cook for at least another 5 minutes in low-medium temperature.

Serve hot over shirataki noodles, or zoodles or as desired.
