Ingredients
 2 cups Sugar-free chocolate chips
  cup Swerve
 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
 ½ cup Chopped macadamias
 ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Combine chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream in medium saucepan.

Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts, swerve and vanilla extract.

Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove parchment paper. Cut into 24 pieces. (more or less as desired)
