Ingredients
 ½ cup Peanut butter
 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened
 ½ cup Powdered erythritol
 4 oz Sugar-free chocolate
Instructions

Combine peanut butter, butter and erythritol, stir until smooth

Using a teaspoon, put spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll the PB mixture between hands to smooth the ball if needed.

Freeze for 25-30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate on 20-second intervals in the microwave.

Dip the PB balls into the chocolate and using a fork place them back onto the baking sheet and freeze again for another 20 minutes.
