Let meat come to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onion and pepper.
Heat the oil in a medium sauté pan. Then add onion and bell pepper. Stir occasionally until softened.
In a large mixing bowl, add the meats, almond flour, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Divide meat mixture into thirds. Take one and fill the bottom of a loaf pan. Pressing gently.
Spread half of the pepper and onions on top of the first layer of meat, as well as half of the cream cheese.
Taking the second third of the meat, flatten out a layer to place on top of step 5.
Spread the last half of onions, peppers, and cream cheese. Top with the last third of flattened meat.
Cover and bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes.
Remove, cover, and place the slices of provolone on top and continue to bake 10 minutes more.
