This restaurant-quality poke bowl only requires six ingredients and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. All of the flavors of traditional Japanese food are found in this low-carb dish, so you certainly won't miss the rice!

 ½ lb sushi grade salmon or Ahi tuna, cubed
 ¼ cup mayonnaise

Place the cubed salmon (or tuna) in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce to make the spicy mayo. Pour over the fish and gently toss to coat.

Add the rest of the ingredients and gently toss to combine. Serve cold and enjoy!
