Ingredients
 1.50 lbs beef tips
 2 cups beef stock
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp sriracha
 2 cups broccoli florets
 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Season the beef tips lightly with salt and pepper and place them in a slow cooker.

Stir together the stock, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the meat.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

Mix in broccoli, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Note: Pairs well served over cauliflower rice.
