Ingredients
 1.50 lbs Skinless, boneless meat, cut into chunks
 2 cups Low sodium chicken stock
 ¼ cup Low sodium soy sauce
 1 tbsp Sriracha
 5 Cloves garlic, chopped
 2 cups Broccoli florets
 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the meat chunks lightly with salt and pepper and put them in a slow cooker.

Stir together the stock, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the meat. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

After that, add the broccoli, cover and continue cooking on high for 30 minutes.

Serve over cauliflower rice.
