 3 Hall Avocados
 1 lb grass finished ground beef
 ¼ cup 1/4 cup minced onion
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 Salt to taste
 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Open the avocados in half and remove the seed. Use a spoon to scrape out the avocado, , leaving a 1/4 inch shell (1/4 inch around the edges and the bottom), save for later.
Place avocados into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, add ground beef and onions. Bring to medium-high heat and cook until meat is nearly done. Sprinkle with ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika Continue to cook until meat is no longer pink.

Fill avocado with taco meat, sprinkle with cheese and bake bake for about 10 minutes.

Mix the tomatoes with the avocado saved before, add on top and serve.
