Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, add the collagen, almond flour, baking powder, ¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener and mix well.
Add melted butter and ⅓ cup sweetener to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat an egg into the mix until fluffy.
Add the dry and wet mixture together.
Using your hand or spoon, divide the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Press them down as they won’t spread out much.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
