Ingredients
 4 Medium Zucchinis
 1 lb Grass finished ground beef
 ¼ cup Minced onions
 1 tsp Ground cumin
 1 tsp Onion powder
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Smoked paprika
 Salt to taste
 ½ cup Shredded lettuce
 ½ cup Chopped Tomato
  cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 100 g Hass avocado cut in pieces
Intructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and dry zucchini and cut off ends. Slice zucchini in half, lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out zucchini, leaving a 1/4 inch shell (1/4 inch around the edges and the bottom). Place zucchini shells into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, add ground beef and onions. Bring to medium-high heat and cook until meat is nearly done. Sprinkle with ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika Continue to cook until meat is no longer pink.

Fill zucchini with taco meat mixture. Place into oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until zucchini is just cooked.

Sprinkle boats with cheese and broil on low for another five minutes.

Serve and sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes and, avocado.
