Keto Taquitos from the Air Fryer

These keto taquitos take less than 15 minutes to make, are so simple, but taste delicious! If you are craving a savory, crunch, cheesy keto meal, this recipe is for you! Enjoy them alone or with a side of sour cream or guac to dip them in!

Ingredients
 6 low-carb mini tortillas(Mr. Tortilla brand used)
 6 oz shredded chickenor rotisserie chicken
 3 tbsp shredded cheese
 2 tbsp sour cream
 1 tbsp taco seasoning
 salt to taste
 optional: sour cream, queso, salsa or guac to dip the taquitos in
Directions

Combined the shredded chicken, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add about 1 oz of the shredded chicken mixture to a mini taco shell and roll it up into a taquito shape. If you have a difficult time keeping it sealed, you can add a little bit of sour cream to the edge to seal it.

Finish rolling all 6 taquito and place in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
Note: depending on the side of your air fryer, they may cook slightly differently. If they are not crispy at this point, place them back in the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes until crispy.

Serve your keto taquitos with your favorite keto-friendly dips! We suggest guacamole, sour cream, or queso!
