 3 Medium zucchinis
  cup Grated Parmesan cheese
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 Oil in spray

Preheat the oven to 340 F

Slice the zucchinis with a mandolin or a sharp knife, very thin

Spray a baking sheet with oil and place sliced zucchini onto, sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 15 min or until these starts turning golden, at this point broil for about 3-5 minutes

Bring out of the oven and let them cool before serving.
