I looked at your Nutrition Facts for these burrito’s and can’t figure it out. You state that 14.7 g per serving and Dietary Fiber 9.2g so the net carbs per burrito according to your calculations is 5.5 net carbs. I’m presuming your carb count does not include the low-carb burrito shell? I haven’t been able to find any of the burrito shells with less than 6 net carbs based on the size you’ve given in your recipe. Was the nutritional information only based on the ingredients less the shell?
    Much appreciated.

Hi, Julie! Check out our homemade keto tortilla shell recipe! Pre-packaged ones often do have a higher carb count, although I have personally seen ones as low as 4g in stores.
