 5 tbsp coconut flour
 ¼ cup granulated Stevia
 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 3 large eggs
 1 tbsp instant coffee
 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
 ¼ cup water
 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp baking powder
 pinch of salt

Preheat oven 375 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients.

Mix water and instant coffee. Set aside.

Add the eggs to the dry ingredients and whisk. Continue by adding the remaining liquid ingredients and continue mixing until the batter is homogenous.

Grease a donut pan and pour the batter evenly into each donut tin. Bake from 15 to 18 min.

Check if donuts are ready by sticking a toothpick in the middle. They are ready when the toothpick comes out clean.

Once ready, remove donuts from the oven and let them cool before unmolding.

Top with sugar-free syrup and serve.
