 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon
 ¼ cup diced onions
 1 minced garlic
 ½ cup diced green peppers
 1 egg
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut salmon into small pieces.

In a food processor, add the salmon in small batches and pulse until ground

Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and make sure all the ingredients are well combined.

Form small patties and place on a previously greased baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes. Set oven to broil, on low, and cook cakes for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
