 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon
 ¼ cup diced onions
 1 minced garlic
 ½ cup diced green peppers
 1 egg
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Cut salmon into small pieces

In a food processor, add salmon and mix until ground

Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients

Stir until ingredients are well combined

Roll into small patties and place onto a greased baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes

Set oven to broil (low broil if possible) and cook cakes for another 5 minutes
