Cover and steam spinach in a pan over medium-high heat until water is gone.
Stir in garlic and cream cheese, cover, and cook until the cheese has melted.
Stir in grated cheese and mix well.
Remove from heat and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until completely firm.
Divide beef into 6 equal portions and roll into a ball.
Place each ball between two sheets of waxed paper and press meat into 1" x 4" patties.
Fill three patties: one with the spinach dip filling, one with mozzarella cheese, and one with bacon.
Top with remaining three patties, pressing the edges to ensure they are closed.
Shape patties into burger shape and ensure they are enclosed.
Top each patty with seasoning.
