 1 ½ lbs ground beef
 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
 3 bacon strips (cut into 1" pieces)
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 tbsp spinach dip
 1 cup fresh Spinach
 3 tbsp cream cheese
 ½ tsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp grated cheese

Put spinach in a pan with lid, slowly steam until the water is gone.

Add garlic and cream cheese and cook with lid on until melted. Stir in grated cheese and mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

For the three burgers, divide the beef into six equal portions and shape into balls. Place each ball between two sheets of waxed paper. With your hands, press the meat into 1" x 4" patties.

Fill three patties, one with spinach dip, one with mozzarella cheese, and one with bacon. Top with the remaining three patties and make sure to press the edges closed.

Give the patty a final shaping in your hands to be sure everything is compact and well-sealed. Season the outside generously with salt and pepper.

Grill or bake for 10 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.

Serve with lettuce wraps and red onions.
