Stay away from processed foods and packaged foods that are labeled “KETO FRIENDLY.” Just because it says it’s Keto doesn’t mean it is. The cleaner you eat, the faster the weight will come off.
Also, when (not if) you hit your plateau, change things up to shock your body! Do a short fast of
some sort. It’ll get the weight moving again.
If there is one thing that you could tell yourself when first getting started, what would it be and why?
Be patient and focus on the mental part of your journey. This isn’t a physical battle. It’s a mental one. Once you fix the mindset and the behavior that got you to your highest weight, then everything else will fall into place.
