Chipotle isn’t exactly known for being the most keto-friendly, restaurant. After all, the majority of their menu items include rice, beans, and tortillas, all of which are high-carb and not acceptable for consumption on a ketogenic diet. Luckily, Chipotle launched a line of Lifestyle Bowls to accommodate different dietary needs- and keto is one of them!
Back in 2019, Chipotle launched its line of Lifestyle Bowls with the tagline “Your goals our bowls”. The point of the lifestyle bowls was the create a simple-to-order Chipotle meal that fit into different diets. This included keto, paleo, Whole30, vegan, vegetarian, and high-protein.
While these are a few years old now, Chipotle has continued to revamp this line and add new additions. The latest addition has been the cilantro-lime cauliflower rice.
The keto chipotle lifestyle bowl includes the new cilantro-lime cauliflower rice, chicken, salsa (tomatillo-red chili), shredded cheese, and guacamole.
