What was the hardest part of keto and how did you overcome it?
Carbs were the hardest to overcome. I overcame it by learning how to meal prep properly through ketogenic.com and I’m now a Ketomastery Graduate.
Biggest changes in your day-to-day life?
Consistency…My mental well-being, body composition, but most importantly my overall health!
Best tip for newbies?
Just keep at it, don’t quit. All good things take time!
If there is one thing that you could tell yourself when first getting started, what would it be and why?
That I made the decision for myself and to primarily improve my health but what happened was life-changing to where I am at today in my life!!
