Biggest changes in your day-to-day life?
Removing bread was the biggest thing for me but cutting out all the starchy vegetables was difficult as well.
Best tip for newbies?
Don’t make it difficult. If it seems hard, it is because you are making it hard. Simple meals are the best.
If there is one thing that you could tell yourself when first getting started, what would it be and why?
Drink electrolytes. You don’t have to buy expensive stuff, because you can make your own.
Anything you would like to add about your story?
Everyone has a bad eating day from time to time. Make sure the meal or day doesn’t become a week, month, etc. There is no magic spell that can undo a bad meal or day. Just don’t beat yourself up about it and move on. I learned this the hard way.
