 1 egg white
 1 egg
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
 1 tbsp salted butter
 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
 1 tbsp baking powder
 Salt to taste

In a small, microwave safe bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk.

Add wet ingredients and continue whisking until a homogenous batter forms.

Microwave for 5 minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave, it may need and extra minute or so).

Check if bread is ready by sticking a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, the bread is ready.

Slice bread and serve (you may toast it after if preferred).
