Ingredients
 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 cups almond flour
 ¼ cup flaxseed meal
 2 eggs
 2 oz cream cheese
 salt to taste
 2 tsp baking soda
Topping
 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Instructions

Preheat oven to 380 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Whisk together almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside

In a large, microwavable safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through and again at the end

Stir in beaten eggs and previously whisked dry ingredients

Knead until a dough forms
Note: If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften

Divide dough into six equal pieces, and roll into bun shapes

Place on the parchment paper and top with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

Bake until brown (approximately 18 minutes)

Allow to cook before cutting each in half

    I’ve made these twice and they are really salty.

      Hi Ry,

      I’m sorry to hear that, the recipe calls for salt to taste (you choose how much to add), we used around 1/4 tsp for ours, but everybody has different taste buds sensitivity when it comes to salt and sweet. Try maybe leaving the salt out. Hope this helps!

    What is ‘2tbsp of everything but not the Baha’i sauce’ mean in recipe

      Hi Melinda, I’m not sure which ingredient you are referring to. Assuming you are talking about “everything but the bagel” that’s a seasoning that comes with sea salt, sesame seeds, and garlic. If you can’t find it, you can always use regular sea salt and sesame seeds, it will be very similar.
