Preheat the oven to 380°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, flax seed meal, baking soda and salt.
In a separate, microwavable-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese.
Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through and again at the end.
Stir in the beaten eggs and previously whisked dry ingredients.
Knead the mixture until a dough-like consistency forms.
Note: If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften
Divide the dough into six equal pieces, and roll into bun shapes
Place on the parchment paper and top with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until brown.
Allow to completely cool before cutting in half.

I’m sorry to hear that, the recipe calls for salt to taste (you choose how much to add), we used around 1/4 tsp for ours, but everybody has different taste buds sensitivity when it comes to salt and sweet. Try maybe leaving the salt out. Hope this helps!
What is ‘2tbsp of everything but not the Baha’i sauce’ mean in recipe
Hi Melinda, I’m not sure which ingredient you are referring to. Assuming you are talking about “everything but the bagel” that’s a seasoning that comes with sea salt, sesame seeds, and garlic. If you can’t find it, you can always use regular sea salt and sesame seeds, it will be very similar.
