Ingredients
 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 cups blanched almond flour
 ¼ cup flaxseed meal
 2 eggs
 2 oz cream cheese
 salt to taste
 2 tbsp baking soda
Topping
 1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 380 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Stir again at the end until well incorporated.

Stir in the beaten eggs and previously whisked dry ingredients. Knead until a dough forms. If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften it.

Once everything is well incorporated, divide the dough into six equal pieces, and make a bun with them.

Place on the parchment paper and top them with everything but the bagel.

Bake for 18 minutes, or until the outside has browned, let them cool before cutting them in half.

      Hi Ry,

      I’m sorry to hear that, the recipe calls for salt to taste (you choose how much to add), we used around 1/4 tsp for ours, but everybody has different taste buds sensitivity when it comes to salt and sweet. Try maybe leaving the salt out. Hope this helps!
