Heat the almond milk in a small pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Turn the heat off then add the chia seeds, coconut, flax, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir for about a minute until the porridge has thickened.
Let the porridge rest for two to three minutes more to allow the chia seeds time to swell. Add more almond milk if needed to reach the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!

This recipe is great! I love it! The only change I make is I put 1 cup of water in the vitamix with a handful of almost to make my own almond milk. It makes the Porridge thicker.
