Heat 1/3 of the butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Add the tilapia fillets and cook for three minutes per side. Set fillets aside.
In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and add the garlic, cooking until fragrant, about one minute.
Add the chicken broth and cook for three to five minutes until the mixture begins to reduce. Remove pan from heat.
Whisk in the lemon juice. Slowly whisk in the greek yogurt. Add the tilapia back into the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, and enjoy.

Very nicely balanced flavors! I added a pinch of xanthan gum to thicken the sauce and served it beside steamed broccoli. Very nice!
