Ingredients:
 4 Large eggs
 2 cups Almond flour
 2 tsp Coconut oil melted
 ½ cup Granulated stevia
 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
 2 tsp Banana extract
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking powder
  cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
Frosting
 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
 ¼ cup Swerve confectioners
 1 tsp Banana extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 370 degrees and line muffin tins with 12 muffin liners.

In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs, stevia, cream cheese, banana extract, vanilla extract, baking powder, and pink salt. Mix with an electric mixer until ingredients are well combined.

Add melted coconut oil and slowly stir in almond flour. Mix with electric mixer until fully incorporated. Fold in half of chocolate chips into the batter, leaving some to add on top.

Pour equal amounts of batter into the muffin liners, top with remaining chocolate chips.

Bake for 25 min or until muffins are done, these are done if you insert a wooden stick in the middle and it comes out dry.

Take out of the oven and let them cool off for five minutes before unmolding
Whip the heavy whipping cream with the swerve until peak and decorate the muffins with a piping bag once the muffins are cold.
