Directions

Directions
1

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

2

Stir in the "brown sugar" erythritol and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.

3

Allow this mixture to thicken, stirring occasionally (6-8 minutes).
Note: if the heat is too high, the sauce will burn. Make sure that it is not too hot and stir as needed to prevent burning.

4

While the sauce is thickening, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5

Once your keto candied pecans sauce has thickened, pour the pecan halves into the mixture and stir to evenly coat each pecan.

6

Once evenly coated, pour the keto candied pecans onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and place in the fridge.

7

Allow your keto candied pecans to completely cool and harden in the fridge (1-2 hours).

8

Keep these stored in an air-tight container.
